Carly has worked in the property industry for almost 20 years and carries out the majority of our valuations personally.
Every appointment is tailored to your home with honest advice on value, marketing strategy and the current market, allowing you to make an informed decision with no pressure or obligation. You may find that valuation appointments are sometimes booked 1–2 weeks in advance.
This is simply because we carefully manage our diary to ensure we can provide the level of service our existing clients expect.
We don’t believe in taking on endless instructions and becoming overstretched. Instead, we focus on giving every client the attention and support they deserve throughout the whole journey.

Viewings
Viewings are one of the most important parts of the selling process, which is why we place a huge emphasis on getting them right.
Where possible, we will always offer to accompany viewings on your behalf. Having an experienced agent present allows buyers to ask questions openly, helps us highlight features they may otherwise overlook and often leads to more honest and useful feedback for our sellers.
Unlike valuation appointments, viewings are always prioritised within our diary. We understand that when a buyer wants to view a property, timing is important, and we do everything we can to accommodate appointments as quickly as possible.
Mortgage Advice
Whether you’re buying your first home, moving, remortgaging or exploring your options, having the right advice can make all the difference.
We work closely with a trusted independent mortgage adviser who has access to a wide range of lenders and mortgage products. They can assist with a whole range of services helping you understand exactly what is available to you.
Many buyers choose to speak with our adviser before beginning their property search, giving them a clearer understanding of their budget and putting them in a stronger position when they find the right home.
