I set up Carly Wilson Estates in 2022 after nearly 20 years working in property. I knew the industry inside out, but I also knew something was missing and I wanted to make a difference. The estate agent industry didn’t need to be bigger but it needed to be better.
Rotherham is my home. I grew up here, I know the streets, the schools and the neighbourhoods and that connection runs through everything we do. I’m really proud to have grown my business and I’m now lucky to have a close team of four, working together at our hub in Bramley. Although we’ve grown, I’m still personally involved in every sale. I meet every client, I oversee every instruction and I remain hands on throughout.

Carly
Director & Founder
Carly founded Carly Wilson Estates in 2022 with one clear mission, to create an agency that puts people before numbers. Having grown up locally and spent nearly two decades in property, she knows the area inside out, but more importantly, she knows how emotional moving home can be. That’s why every decision in this business is made with care, transparency and long-term relationships in mind.
Carly remains heavily involved in every sale – meeting every client and overseeing strategy.
Laura
Sales Manager
Laura joined the business just one year after launch. She believed in the vision early on, and that loyalty means everything. She’s my righthand woman. Every major decision is run past her, and she plays a huge role in shaping how we operate day-to-day. Laura is sharp, proactive and extremely protective – known for her honest advice and tenacity when it comes to pushing sales through. If you’ve sold with us, chances are Laura has fought your corner behind the scenes.
Chloe
Sales Negotiator
Chloe is the most recent recruit to Carly Wilson Estates. Having worked in estate agency previously, we knew how capable she was so when the opportunity came to bring her on board, we didn’t hesitate. Chloe works closely alongside Laura, assisting with negotiations, viewings and sales progression. She’s organised, knowledgeable and thrives in a fast-paced environment – exactly what our clients need.
Charlotte
Customer Care & Admin
Charlotte joined us in 2025 and, despite being new to the property industry, she has taken to it naturally. She’s the calm, friendly voice at the end of the phone and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing diaries, onboarding new clients and booking appointments, Charlotte ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Her professionalism and organisation are a huge part of the service we deliver every day.
